Where are the products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in South Korea.
Where else are your products sold?
Aside from our US website, our products are available on Amazon (US, Canada, Australia, and the UAE, with Saudi Arabia, the UK, and Germany coming soon). We also sell through TikTok Shop US, Shopee across 8 Southeast Asian countries, our global retail partner DODOSKIN, and our Türkiye website.
Do you have brand socials?

Why are you only accepting PayPal as the payment option?
Unfortunately, we do not yet have a US business registration number, which is required to enable additional payment options such as Buy with Prime and credit card payments. In the meantime, you can use the link at the top of our website to shop via Amazon.
What is the return, cancellation, and shipping policy?

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
All our products are cruelty-free certified, but they are not vegan-certified—not because they are not eligible, but simply because we have not applied for the certification. Some products may contain animal-derived ingredients (which does not necessarily mean they are not cruelty-free), so please check the ingredient list before purchase to ensure it aligns with your preferences.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Simply put, some are and some are not. Please check the product description for more details. Also, some products have naturally present fragrances.
